Event Sourcing and Introductions

Perth Food Trucks may offer a paid sourcing and introduction service for event organisers.

Before paid work begins, we will confirm the agreed event brief, service scope, fee and applicable refund terms in writing. Pricing may vary depending on factors such as the location, date, lead time, duration, number of vendors required and overall complexity of the event.

Our service involves approaching potentially suitable food-truck operators, checking their initial interest and availability, and introducing interested operators to the organiser.

The organiser and vendor are responsible for all final arrangements, including quotes, menus, catering costs, bookings, permits, insurance, site requirements, compliance and event operations. Perth Food Trucks is not a party to the final agreement between an organiser and a vendor.

We do not guarantee vendor availability, a final booking, attendance, sales, event outcomes or the performance of any vendor. If the event brief changes materially after a quote has been accepted, including changes to the dates, location, duration, number of vendors or requirements, a revised quote or separate service may be required.

Featured Listings

• Featured is a monthly subscription billed by Stripe.
• You can manage or cancel anytime via the Stripe Customer Portal.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Content
Trucks must own rights to any content submitted. We may remove inaccurate or infringing content.

Liability
We are not a party to transactions between trucks and customers. Information is provided by truck owners and should be verified directly.

Refunds

We don’t offer pro-rata refunds for unused Featured Listing time unless required by law. If you believe there’s a billing error, please contact us.

Event Sourcing and Introductions

Refund terms for event-sourcing services are confirmed in the written quote provided before paid work begins.
