Mimochi Donuts

Mimochi Donuts Perth is Perth’s first dedicated mochi donut shop, serving Japanese inspired donuts known for their soft, chewy texture and unique ring shape. Made using glutinous rice flour, mochi donuts have a light crisp exterior with a satisfyingly chewy centre that makes them different from traditional donuts.

Founded by Celine and Zaw, they first opened in Northbridge in August 2021 and quickly built a following for their creative flavours and distinctive presentation. Their rotating monthly menu often features unique combinations such as matcha, pistachio, blueberry and other seasonal specials.

Alongside their donuts, they also offers specialty drinks like matcha lattes and dessert boxes, making them a popular stop for dessert lovers across Perth.
